RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns & Refunds - Please note that our return and refund policy does not apply to products that have been opened by the consumer (please do not open the shipping bag). Indeed, these products cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

If the above return conditions are met, you can then send back the product or products to us. Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our return warehouses are located in France. To get the return address, contact us by email: hello@liseah.com.

Defective Item - If the item you purchased has a defect or damage, we will replace your item free of charge.
